Cancellation Policy

• Mujtaba Jewellers reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice  /  intimation to the customer.
  • Reasons for cancellation may include (but are not limited to) non-availability of the product in the inventory, damages to product before/during delivery, delivery location not serviceable by our shipping company, etc..
  • A full refund will be made to the customer account within 7 days of cancellation from our side.
• Cancellations from the customer side may be made by directly calling Mujtaba Jewellers stores over telephone or sending an email to our customer service.
  • For orders cancelled prior to shipping, a Cancellation fee of 2% (as incurred by us in bank charges) will be deducted and the balance 98% amount will be refunded to the customer account.
  • For orders cancelled after order shipping in initiated, shipping charges in addition to the Cancellation fee of 2% (as incurred by us in bank charges) will be deducted. The balance amount will be refunded to the customer account.
  • Refund will be initiated within 10 working days only after the receipt of the ordered product(s).
• Mujtaba Jewellers reserves the right to withdraw / modify all policies, terms and conditions.
• Subject to Hyderabad (Telangana, India) Jurisdiction only.
