Exchange Policy

• Good news! When you purchase Jewellery from Mujtaba Jewellers, all jewellery items are eligible for exchange.
• All jewellery purchased from our online and offline stores is eligible for exchange only when it is physically produced by the customer in its original form at our stores.
• Original invoice/certificates of the exchanged jewellery must be produced.
• Mujtaba Jewellers reserves the right to evaluate the price of the product/item to be exchanged after detailed evaluation of the product’s form factor, price, design, weight, appearance, etc.
• Exchange rates applicable on this jewellery will be in accordance with the current rate at the time of exchange, and as evaluated by Mujtaba Jewellers.
  • For Gold: 100% value calculated on net weight with Gold Rate on the day of exchange.
  • For Diamond: 100% of the invoice value.
  • For uncut Diamonds (Almas): 90% of the invoice value.
  • For other precious gemstones including Rubies, Emerald and Sapphire: 75% of invoice value.
  • Making Charges, other Stones, Beads and other embellishments are not covered under exchange. These charges are non-refundable.
• Mujtaba Jewellers reserves the right to withdraw / modify all policies, terms and conditions.
• Subject to Hyderabad (Telangana, India) Jurisdiction only.
